George Myers, MS, BS, specializes in the analysis and resolution of complex builder's risk claims for high-profile construction projects across North America. His experience spans a wide range of asset classes, including renewable energy (solar and wind), transportation and civil infrastructure, commercial and industrial facilities, data centers, hospitals, and high-rise residential developments.
With over eight years of consulting experience, George provides trial-ready analyses for adjusters, insurers, and legal counsel. He manages builder's risk claims involving complex losses, including geotechnical conditions, sinkholes, fire, wind and hurricane damage, flooding, design conflicts, and construction defects. His work includes evaluating project records, schedules, cost data, and field conditions to assess impacts on scope, schedule, and cost, often in multi-million-dollar loss scenarios. He also supports litigation through expert reporting, rebuttal, deposition preparation, and negotiation strategy.
George holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Florida International University, with a focus on construction economics, scheduling, productivity, estimating, risk analysis, and finance.
