The practice area quantifies economic damages arising from intellectual property disputes and provides general litigation support, financial consulting services, financial analysis, and valuation assessments.
Spencer has worked on a range of engagements involving patents and trade secrets where he has conducted analyses related to reasonable royalties, unjust enrichment, lost profits, disgorgement, and other measures of economic impact. His experience spans across a variety of industries, including supply chain, software, telecommunications, gaming platforms, and consumer goods.
Spencer earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Information Systems from the University of Utah in 2023.
