With over 20 years of experience in new residential/commercial construction, residential/commercial remodeling, construction building sales, insurance building restorations, and building consulting, Chris has gained a significant knowledge of building structure and code which enables him to provide consulting and expert services to clients throughout the country. Chris has been retained as an expert in numerous cases rendering opinions regarding both arbitration and deposition. Chris has also provided services as an Appraiser to clients who are unable to reach a scope of repair agreement, successfully negotiating resolution with the opposing side in most cases.
Chris engages in estimating, project management, onsite project monitoring, appraisals, dispute resolution, deposition, mediation, arbitration, contractor interference, and construction cost analysis. He has extensive involvement in numerous major loss assignments throughout the United States and has consulted on large complex insurance losses, including commercial buildings, military housing, hotels, apartment/condominium complexes, city/county municipality buildings, and malls.
