Jake Harper specializes in residential, multifamily, and commercial reconstruction and restoration. With over six years of experience in the industry, Jake has led the process of countless reconstruction and restoration projects across the Front Range in Colorado, as well as projects across Utah, Montana, Washington, and Florida. Over that time, Jake's roles evolved from superintendent to project manager and sales, and ultimately into building consulting.
Jake is an expert in post-litigation exterior envelope repairs, civil repairs, roof repairs and replacements, insurance restoration, and repair costs. He has been involved in property damage claim consulting since January 2024 and has extensive experience in numerous major loss assignments throughout the western United States. Jake is also proficient with Xactimate and Symbility software, which he uses to prepare detailed and accurate estimate reports.
Jake is currently a student at Metropolitan State University of Denver, where he is furthering his education to enhance his expertise in the construction and restoration industry.
